Forest Inventory and Analysis Data Workshop
The goal of this workshop is to facilitate access to US ForestService,Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) data on the web and to inform usersofcurrent FIA data request guidelines and privacy laws.Session topics will include:Data Request Procedures,Spatial Data Services,Privacy Laws,FIA Publications,Forest Inventory Mapmaker 2.1,FIA Data Mart,Timber Product Output (TPO), andSOLE: Southern On Line Estimator.There is no charge to attend, however space is limited to 20participants.Attendees should bring a laptop with wireless internet capability. Ifyoudo not have a laptop with wireless capability, make that known whenregistering. We have four laptops available for use at the session.
