Forest and Rangeland Ecosystem Science Center - Research Ecologist

FRESC is a component of the Biological Resources Division of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) located on the campus of Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR. The primary duties will include: (a) integrating existing research and coordinating future research conducted under the Cooperative Forest Ecosystem Research project; (b) addressing research needs of resource management agencies; and (c) developing a complex research program to address a multiple set of topics such as reforestation, effects of fire, tree harvest, and other disturbances of forest community development.
