Louisiana Tech - Lab Supervisor

Earned Master of Science Degree in Geographic Information Science, Forestry, Natural Resources, Geography or combinations of these. ESRI training with a minimum of 3 years experience using the following: ArcView and associated modules (Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, 3D analyst, etc.), ArcInfo and ERDAS. Experience with Trimble GPS equipment and working knowledge of Pathfinder Office, Terra Sync, etc. Experience with maintaining and upgrading hardware, software and firmware typically used in GIS/GPS applications. Preference will be given to candidates who have teaching experience in this field, particularly with a Distance Education/Internet curriculum background.
