Forest Resources Action Plan (31 pages)

The Forest Resources Action Plan (FRAP) identifies educational opportunities for the Cooperative Extension Service (CES) in the area of forest resource management. The plan is designed to compliment and support CES's base program, Natural Resources and Environmental Management (NREM). NREM is one of seven Base Programs within CES, and thus is regarded as being central to the mission of Cooperative Extension, and common to most Extension Units.
