Children's Activity Book "Living on the Wild Side...Responsibly" Published
This activity book was designed with the input of many teachers and students so that it is worth-while, fun, self-contained (with options for expanding lessons), and meets all or part of the most current National Achievement Standards and skills listed on pages 5-7.
This book can be completed in a classroom, a home, an academic or non-academic environment. If used for teaching, this book can be used as a unit of social studies, mathematics, environmental stewardship, or conservation. The entire book can be completed in about two hours, or it can be divided into 4 half-hour session focusing specifically on the introduction and overall book concepts: wildfire, wildlife, and water quality.
